Archiving the journey from the original Declaration of Establishment to the current Internal Security Control mandate. All records subject to ISC jurisdiction.
Building upon the original Declaration of Establishment, the ISC continues to uphold the core principle that the Legiona is a sovereign entity. As originally decreed, our existence is a testament to the strength of a united community.
The ISC remains the primary executor of the mandate to protect our digital and social borders from external destabilization across all Skyxion territories.

The organization formerly known as The Legend of Legiona Intelligence Organization (TLIO) has been integrated into the ISC. While the branding has evolved, the mission of "Lore Preservation and Strategic Oversight" remains unchanged.
As documented in our heritage records, the transition was sparked by the need for a more robust defense line. What was once a community-led intelligence group (TLIO) has now been reborn as a formal agency to handle the complex threats of the Skyxion era.
Origins of the collective under founders Faiz4224, Imii Kun, and ItzDynozz in the Skyxion world. The foundation of what would become The LoL nation.
Following the suppression of the UltraX2020 regime, the intelligence body was formally established as The Legend of Legiona Intelligence Organization (TLIO).
TLIO transitioned into the ISC — a formal agency with a unified command structure and jurisdiction over all Legiona security matters.
ISC operates at full mandate capacity. All prior TLIO documentation absorbed and reclassified under ISC jurisdiction.
